Remote Possibilities provide fully integrated solutions for the design, fabrication and installation of bespoke prefabricated structures and buildings. We are a family company whose history can be traced through the career of Dave Pritchard who specialises in building lightweight space-frame racing cars for a variety of motorsports which included twice becoming British Rallycross Champion himself. Dave has expert knowledge in metalwork engineering as well as fibreglass and carbon fibre fabrication. His sons Andy and Jason Pritchard have both worked in the construction industry, erecting timber frame houses across the country, and Jason is now Director at EdgeDesignWorkshop, an architectural practice based in Cheltenham who provide design consultancy services to Remote Possibilities.
The purpose of Remote Possibilities is to provide a means of enclosure in situations where traditional building materials and techniques are unsuitable, such as in areas of difficult access, or where temporary events are to take place. We believe that similarly to the concept behind lightweight racing cars that buildings should tread lightly on the earth and be sustainable though their inherent lightweight, transportable and economic nature. When their value at a particular location is expended, redeployment, rather than destruction, is their key feature.
We are a small dedicated team with a wide selection of specialist consultants and contractors meaning that the company can expand and contract very efficiently to suit the individual characteristics of each project which ensures a consistently high level of service in a cost effective manner.
The head office is in Cheltenham, with a satellite office in London, with our workshop in rural Herefordshire which is ideally located for the M4, M5, M6, M42, M50 and M54 motorways with Cardiff, Manchester, Nottingham, London, Southampton and Exeter all within 3 hours drive.
